Guided by the principle “Do what you write and write what you do,” the QA department of OPL ensures every product meets quality standards through a systematic and well-managed approach led by experienced professionals.


Its key functions include setting quality systems and policies, managing documentation, reviewing CGMP activities, preparing BMRs, conducting audits, overseeing batch disposition, handling changes and investigations, ensuring customer compliance, validating processes, monitoring the environment, coordinating across departments, making recall decisions, and keeping management updated.
