- Peptic ulcer disease (gastric & duodenal ulcers)
- H. pylori eradication (in combination therapy)
- Prevention of NSAID-induced ulcers

| DOSAGE INFORMATION: |
GERD / Esophagitis: 10–20 mg once daily
Ulcer treatment: 20 mg once daily
H. pylori regimen: 20 mg twice daily (with antibiotics)
