- Hormone receptor-positive early breast cancer (postmenopausal women)
- Advanced or metastatic breast cancer in postmenopausal women
- Adjuvant treatment after surgery/radiation
- Prevention of breast cancer recurrence

Note: Long-term therapy (usually 5 years) under oncologist supervision
